Great points. I remember just before getting married when studying, being told 'remember not to have confetti' I asked why his daughter
had given and received wedding rings; reply;'it serves as a protection' apparently a wedding cake is ok too although i seem to remember researching that and that it too had pagan origions.They kept spouting the line;'it all depends on what is socially acceptable in your country' The 'as long as it dos'nt effect jehovah's laws' was always forgotten when it came to stuff like this...So some times i guess even they don't want to stand out~ I HAD LOADS OF CONFETTI !!!!! -
